The space 3 bedrooms ( king with TV , 2 queens and 1 twin) 2 living rooms , TV on main one basement with pool table and TV 2 full updated bathrooms 1 half bathroom 2 decks looking at the river and sorrounded with beautiful trees . 2 fire pits one behind the cabin and one on the river zipline with harness 2 kayaks with paddles and life vests Guest access front door Other things to note you can park on the horse shoe by the front door , or by the garages you can drive your car all the way to the river front. 2 kayaks are available for free in the red storage Our cabin is nestled in a beautiful, natural environment where you will likely see local wildlife. Deer frequently visit the property; please enjoy watching them from a distance but do not approach or feed them. Because of the rustic setting, bats are also native to this area and active at night. While we maintain the cabin to keep nature outside, please be aware that outdoor encounters are part of the mountain/woods experience. ## For your "House Rules" Section * Do not feed the deer: Feeding wildlife alters their natural behavior and attracts predators to the cabin. * Keep doors and windows shut: To keep bats and insects outside, do not leave unscreened doors or windows open, especially at dusk and during the night. * Dispose of trash properly: Secure all garbage in the designated outdoor bins immediately to avoid attracting wildlife to the porch.
