My place is close to a beautiful beach -40 yards, with picturesque walks. Dog friendly all year round. You’ll love it because of its quirkiness, with a boat theme in mind. It has its own secluded quiet decking area, which has recently been re-decorated - listen to the sea whilst chilling. Nearby shops, pubs and take a ways within walking distance. Easy access to Southampton, Brighton and close by historic towns Arundel and Chichester. Good for single people/couples - not suitable for children The space Small mezzanine studio with compact kitchen including fridge/freezer, hob, combination grill microwave /eating bar. Built in cozy sofa with Smart TV / Wifi. Big shower area with basin/ loo. Paddle stairs up to a king size bed - access from one side only. Shelves and hanging space provided. Electric heating. Deck chairs and BBQ - south facing. Perfect hideaway, but also easy access to main towns. Excellent for the walker and for the person who just wants to relax. Guest access There is a private path to the beach from the property. Parking for one vehicle in the main drive area. Other things to note A Bottle of Bubbly in the Summer Months is left for your arrival, depending on the length of your stay. Bedding, Towels and Tea Towels are provided. Cleaning supplies, Washing Up Liquid and a few Bin Bags. Milk, Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and Flowers are provided for your convenience. The property is on the owners land. We allow one dog, but you are not able to leave the dog unattended in the property.
