The Granary
The Granary
Description
The Granary is a barn that was converted in 2016. It has a beautiful view of the sea and fields. It is located in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is within walking distance of the spectacular coastal path. It is a great place for couples or families who like hiking, kayaking, coasteering, cycling, birdwatching, seal-spotting, stargazing or just some peace and quiet. It has been on Airbnb until 2019, then my family used it for seven years and now we've made it available again. The space The Granary has been converted into a cottage in 2016. It has beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding fields. It is very quiet here and it gets very dark at night. From the cottage, you can follow a number of footpaths, taking you for instance to the wonderful coastal path, the burial chamber at Garnwnda or the church of St Gwyndaf. It is comfy with underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen and Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify etc. Guest access You will have the whole house. There is a 3rd bedroom with a single bed and ensuite bathroom, which is not in the listing at the moment. If you would like to use this extra room, please get in touch. Plenty of garden and a big patio! Other things to note The Granary is eco-friendly and makes use of a wood chip boiler and solar panels. This will not affect your use of heat/hot water/electricity. There are 3 bedrooms, but we will use one to store our own clutter. Should you wish to use the 3rd bedroom, please contact me prior to booking. The Granary is part of Ty Isaf Farm. I live in the farmhouse with my family. Next to the Granary, there is another holiday cottage, the Stable. There are also some barns and derelict buildings at the farm.
