Small single stove top burner available for cooking. Washer/dryer and WiFi included. Air mattress air purifier fan, and space heaters available if needed. Guests have a private entrance and access to the entire apartment (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer). Feel free to use the front porch swing and back patio furniture for your relaxing needs. I recently took in a stay cat mom and her baby so you may hear them running around upstairs. They have not been and are not allowed into the basement apartment. Parking is available directly behind the house down the one way alley. There is also street parking available in the front of the house. Host lives upstairs and is available via text to help with any advice about the area or anything you might need to make your stay more comfortable or exciting. Six blocks from LCSC, easy access to downtown, the river and levee, nearby parks, hospital, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Walking distance to tennis courts. It is an 8 minute walk to A&B grocery store, 10 minute walk to LCSC and about a 15 minute walk to downtown. If you are needing transportation around town Uber is available most days. If there are no Uber's available it is best to call a taxi. There is also a local Valley Transit.
