Other things to note Accommodation for 8 guests - if this number is exceeded, an extra fee of R$100.00/guest per day will be charged. No more than 10 people are allowed in the apartment. That's a condominium rule. Damaged items must be replaced by the guest. Respect the other tenants and residents. Put garbage in the trash. No loud noise at any time of the day. Absolute silence between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Take care of it as if it were yours!
