Upstairs are two bedrooms: Bedroom one has a zip-link bed that can be arranged as a King-size or two singles, and bedroom two has a standard double bed. There is also a shower room with a large shower cubicle, basin and WC. Downstairs offers underfloor heating, a comfortable lounge with recliner sofas, TV, board games, puzzles and reading material. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for your stay. Outside is a small enclosed garden with wire fencing and hand-gate for safety, plus a private courtyard seating area with garden furniture. Fast WF FI is available throughout. Pets; Pet dogs very welcome, unfortunately only have enough space for 2 dogs. We're very happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at the cottage. To help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow a few simple guidelines: Please keep dogs off the beds and furniture. (Bringing your own dog blankets or bedding works perfectly) Dogs shouldn't be left alone in the cottage. (This helps avoid any stress for your dog/dogs and keeps the cottage safe) Many local pubs and places to eat are dog-friendly, so there are plenty of options if you'd like to take your dog out with you. Thank you for your understanding - it really helps us maintain a welcoming space for all guest and their pets. There is a very good woodland area called, George Henry woods (especially for dog walking) 3 mins walk away. Beauty products: Beauty products such as hair dye, fake tan, tanning sprays, and heavily pigmented cosmetics must not be used inside the property. These products cause permanent staining. Any damage to bedding, towels, carpets, or furnishings will incur a charge of £100.00 - £200.00 to cover cleaning or replacement. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house/cottage. You have a back garden & front courtyard. The back garden is secure and safe for dogs and children. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE ; You may have noticed there is a log burner? We do NOT provide the logs, however you are welcome to bring your own logs (we do not encourage the use of the log burner, because of a previous fire the resulted in replacement of a large piece of carpet) GARDEN SIZE ; it is only a small garden, there fore be mindful it may not be big enough for your dogs i.e. English Bull Terriers or Doberman to have a good run around. However, there is a good woodland 2 minutes walk from the door. Called "George Henry woods" covering 80 acres. It really is quite beautiful.
