Stylish barn conversion in heart of New Forest

A deeply relaxing stay on our secluded smallholding in the heart of the New Forest National Park awaits you. Our stylishly converted barn is perfect for nature lovers, cyclists, walkers and dog owners. The hamlet of Norleywood is a short drive from Lymington, Beaulieu, Buckler’s Hard and the sea. It’s a lovely walk to our great local pub. A perfect base to explore the New Forest and coast, relax in beautiful surroundings, or plan a private yoga retreat with your host, Katy. The space The barn has been converted to the highest of standards. It has a spacious light-filled open living space with vaulted ceiling and kitchen, dining area, comfy sofa and armchair, and Clearview woodburner. It’s warm and cosy in the winter, but for many months you can slide back the French doors and enjoy sitting on the lavender-lined patio. Guests can enjoy our seasonal fruit and veg as well as eggs, when available. The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed with premium quality bedlinen and ensuite bathroom with shower while there are two single beds in a mezzanine upstairs. This upstairs room is really for children only or very flexible adults! We welcome one dog, but the garden is not dog proof. We ask that dogs are not left in the property alone and not allowed on the furniture or beds. Guest access The barn has direct access to the New Forest. We also have 2 acres of fields with a small herd of sheep and a flock of hens. Our guests are welcome to stroll through the fields, children can play and kick a ball around....just make sure gates are kept shut to prevent livestock from escaping. There is on site parking and EV charging point. Other things to note The mezzanine is really only suitable for children to sleep in. An adult cannot stand up in it. The staircase to the mezzanine is steep and may not be suitable for very young children.
