Within easy access of salcombe and the south hams this house is a treasure to stay at. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and features a waterproof TV. This home has it all rain or shine. The space Please note this home also has zip and link beds, 3 of the bedrooms can be made up as either a superking bed or 2 x single beds pushed apart. One bedroom has a fixed king size tv bed and the master bedroom has a fixed superking bed. Guest access Every part of the home is for your personal private enjoyment the only area locked off is the garage. Other things to note Unfortunately no stag or hen parties allowed and please don’t book this property if you are planning to come and party all night. We want you all to have a good time and enjoy the house but also respect the quiet hours and the neighbours. Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am and this must be respected as it’s a quiet residential area.
