Guest access Guests will have access to the full cottage and portion of garden Other things to note The house is equipped with a back up generator (power can sometimes go out) AC Washer/dryer Tap water potable —triple filtered through UV system. Renting a car is highly recommended when visiting the Northside of St. Thomas . —Please Note: During the spring and summer there is increased honey bee activity in the area. They keep to themselves, and the only time they can be bothersome is at sunset if you have outdoor/ bright indoor lights on from 6pm to ~7:30pm when they are returning to their hive— this can be mitigated with turning off lights and keeping doors closed. To minimize bees getting into the house, please avoid outdoor and bright indoor lights during sunset and keep doors closed between the hours of 6pm to ~7:30.
