Outside: rain shower/terraces/relaxation room/additional privacy pull-out roller screens. In the region, there are plenty of nature, hiking, cycling, and cultural opportunities. AH Supermarket, 3 restaurants, butcher, bakery etc. 1 to 2 min walk. Child up to 4 years. Microwave/grill/induction/air fryer cooking. Free: parking, WiFi, bathrobes. Please no pets. The space Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome drink and some treats, during which we can get to know each other if you wish. We are happy to tell you about our facilities and the recreational opportunities in our beautiful and welcoming Brabant village and in our Land van Cuijk region and surroundings. You can fully enjoy NATURE during a WORKING VACATION or HOLIDAY. In addition to cycling and hiking routes, there are so many more fun things to do within about a 15- to 30-minute drive. You stay in the center of the five-point area of Nijmegen, Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Venlo, Kleve (D), max 20 to 40 minutes by car. There are plenty of FREE parking spaces at the cottage. You sleep in a large Au Ping bed 180 x 200 cm with comfortable mattresses. You can relax in comfortable chairs with a footstool. You have an ideal IKEA table that can also be folded out as a desk or laptop work table. Free high-speed fiber optic internet with cable connection and Wi-Fi is provided. Smart TV with free Netflix. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, a fridge, a microwave with grill, an air fryer and all the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery, and a new washer-dryer combination. Bathrobes and towels for the sauna are provided free of charge. In extremely hot weather, you will receive a mobile air conditioner (free of charge). There are 5 beautiful pétanque courts 20 meters from our cottage. Guest access The private cottage, terraces, swimming pool, sauna, sunbathing garden. If you want complete privacy for the sauna and/or swimming pool, you can temporarily close the pull-out outdoor roller blinds. After use, please open it again. These can break in the wind. Incidentally, the only ones who occasionally use the swimming pool, sauna, garden and lawn are ourselves. There are no other guests. After booking, we will ask for your ID for compliance reasons (we do not receive it from Airbnb). Other things to note Smoking only outside, no pets, no loud music in the garden, and appropriate quiet after about 10:30 PM.
