Second level has two bedrooms (one with queen and one with two twins/singles) and full bath with shower. Second level has seating area and separate work space. Rental includes use of Town of Bethany parking permit. Easy walk to downtown and beach. Sugarloaf Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday in-season. Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. Improvements since 2020: roof, whole-house insulation, exterior, whole-house replacement of windows and doors, kitchen lighting, kitchen fan, stove top/oven, dishwasher, sunporch wall and flooring.
