No more than 10 people are allowed on the property. The space This two story home offers two California King bedrooms with en suites on the main floor. The upstairs has a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a gorgeous outdoor kitchen in addition to the pool and hot tub area. Guest access You will see a digital door lock on the entry door. Your access code will be sent to you in the check in instructions. To UNLOCK the door, touch the keypad, touch the random two numbers that pop up to wake up the screen then enter the code, and you will hear the deadbolt unlock. To LOCK the door when you leave, close the door tightly and press the lock button. Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note Parking is limited to the driveway only! Due to the house being in a cul-de-sac, there is no street parking allowed. There are enough spots to fit a maximum of 4 cars. There is also NO garage access. No more than 10 people can be at the property. This is closely monitored. The quiet hours are also strictly enforced!
