The space The house, on three floors, is composed of 3 bedrooms: - The first consists of a queen-size double bed, ideal for a couple. - The second bedroom has a mezzanine with a double bed, for a second couple or for children. The mezzanine can be difficult to access for some. - The third bedroom, meanwhile, is equipped with a double sofa bed for 2 people and a cot. There are two bathrooms, one on the floor and the other on the ground floor The house, very bright, has all the modern comforts: very high speed wifi, 4K TV, dishwasher, washing machine, equipped kitchen and quality hi-fi. Important note: The presence of cockroaches that was reported as a result of the 2020 rental has been completely resolved since then. The house is perfectly healthy. The garden, in direct access with the river, is equipped with a swing for children, a garden furniture, a barbecue, a plancha and a hammock. You will enjoy the natural shade brought by the trees. 2 bikes (one recent and one old) are also available. The house has a vegetable garden that lovers of fresh vegetables can use. Guest access The house can accommodate 2 cars easily for parking.
