The space The Signorina occupies the ground floor of our family villa and spans 70 square metres, comfortably hosting up to 4 guests. The apartment features two bedrooms (one queen bed, one double bed), a full bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with a traditional fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two dining areas. Two generous private terraces of approximately 30 square metres each open directly onto the garden, giving you your own outdoor sanctuary from the moment you arrive. The villa grounds are extraordinary for a Corfu property: over 2,000 sqm of landscaped yard and 5,500 sqm of working farmland, with vibrant bougainvilleas, a fountain pond, a children’s play area, farm animals, and an organic vegetable garden. The shared pool features a water slide, genuinely rare in this area, and is available throughout the summer season. Guest access The villa sits at the top of a scenic hillside road, 7 minutes by car from Corfu town centre and just 4 minutes from Corfu Airport. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the property for those without a car, though we recommend hiring a car or scooter to get the most out of the island. Free parking is available on the premises; please let us know in advance so we can reserve your spot. A supermarket, bakery, and several good local restaurants are a 4-minute drive away. What the Apartment Includes: Air conditioning, WiFi, flat-screen TV, filter coffee machine, water boiler, iron, hairdryer, free toiletries, mosquito nets throughout. A baby cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge. Please Note: You are booking The Signorina apartment within the villa, not the entire villa. The pool is shared with the second apartment on the estate (The Grande Dame). During winter months (November to May) the pool may be under maintenance; please ask us about availability if you are visiting in this period. Other things to note The apartment includes a flat-screen TV, a filter coffee machine, a water boiler, a flat iron, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. Mosquito nets are installed throughout the entire apartment, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Additionally, a baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
