Please note that you will be renting one of the apartments within the villa, not the entire villa. The villa offers over 2,000 sqm of yard and 5,500 sqm of farmland, providing a serene and outdoor-rich experience. Perched on a hill, it offers stunning views of Corfu, vibrant bougainvilleas, a unique pool with slide (shared by the 2 rental apartments), a fountain-pond, a children's play area and farm animals. Guests who enjoy agricultural activities will appreciate our organic vegetable garden. The space Our villa consists of two separate apartments available for booking: "The Signorina" and "The Grande Dame. The Signorina: The Signorina, which you are currently viewing, is located on the ground floor of the villa. This apartment spans 70 square meters and accommodates up to 4 people, making it perfect for small families or couples. It features: A bathroom with a shower A spacious living room with a fireplace A kitchen Two dining areas Two private terraces, each approximately 30 square meters, overlooking the garden for an exceptional outdoor experience. Important Note: Please be aware that the pool may undergo maintenance during the winter months (November to May), depending on weather conditions. If you plan to visit during this period and wish to use the swimming pool, kindly inquire about its availability beforehand. Guest access Location and Transportation: The villa is situated on top of a hill, with a steep, zig-zagging road leading up to it. We strongly recommend renting a car to fully experience Corfu, as the island features many uphills and downhills. The city center is approximately a 40-minute walk from the villa. A bus station is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk away. For a more convenient and flexible way to explore the island, consider hiring a car or moto. Driving times from the villa: 1. City Center of Corfu: 7 minutes 2. Corfu Airport: 4 minutes Parking: Free parking is available on the premises, but please make sure to let us know to secure a spot. Nearby Amenities: A supermarket, bakery, and several good dining options are just a 4-minute drive from the villa. Other things to note The apartment includes a flat-screen TV, a filter coffee machine, a water boiler, a flat iron, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. Mosquito nets are installed throughout the entire apartment, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Additionally, a baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
