The spacious living room area features ample seating, a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests, and a 58" 4K Smart TV perfect for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenience, featuring a Hamilton Beach drip & Keurig dual coffee maker, along with everything needed to prepare family meals. All four bedrooms are located on this level, including the spacious master suite with en suite Jack and Jill bathroom, providing a comfortable and private retreat for guests. The private balcony off of the living room features numerous lounge areas, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails while overlooking the tropical surroundings. This inviting space is equipped with a 65" 4K Smart TV, creating the ideal setting for both relaxation and entertainment. Whether you're catching a game or soaking in the island breeze, this elevated space offers a peaceful escape that captures the laid back luxury of Florida Keys living. ***Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants. ***Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum. ***Please note, there is no boat docking available at this time. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use. ***This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cats. ***Pool heating is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply. ***Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras, none on the interior. Other things to note Once you have made your booking the manager will reach out and require you to complete the registration and terms agreement via e-signing service to list all occupants, vehicles and pets. A valid email and cell phone are required. Any dogs, in pet friendly rentals only, are billed at $250 plus tax, each, per week of stay. If your reservation is made 7 days before arrival you will be required to provide us with a selfie holding your ID. Please complete the forms within 3 days to confirm your stay.
