This full duplex gives you both sides of the property, so your group can stay together while still having space to spread out. Whether you're in town for a family gathering, work trip, or just a weekend away, this layout gives you flexibility without sacrificing comfort. We are pet friendly as well and would love to host your pets! ✶ THE SETUP ✶ Two units, one booking—ideal for larger groups. Each side of the duplex has a nearly identical layout, with comfortable living areas, its own kitchen, and multiple bedrooms. The only difference is the primary bedroom setup—one side features a king bed, while the other includes a queen. Across both sides, you’ll have six bedrooms total, including rooms with multiple beds for added flexibility. Several bedrooms include TVs, and a few feature private balconies for a bit of extra space to unwind. ✶ THE LIVING SPACES ✶ Designed for comfort and easy group living. Each unit has its own living room with plenty of seating—great for relaxing, watching a movie, or just hanging out. You’ll also have two fully stocked kitchens, making it easy to cook for a group or split up meals as needed. There are four bathrooms total, including full baths with soaking tubs and essential toiletries provided. Laundry is also available for added convenience, especially for longer stays. ✶ THE OUTDOORS ✶ Room to gather, without feeling crowded. Out back, you’ll find a spacious yard surrounded by a peaceful, wooded setting. There’s plenty of room to spread out, along with picnic tables for outdoor meals and a charcoal grill for cookouts. It’s a simple, relaxed setup—perfect for enjoying time together outside. ✶ THE LOCATION ✶ Close to everything, without the noise. You’re just minutes from Portage Lakes, local dining, and outdoor activities. Firestone Country Club, area hospitals, universities, and Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) are all nearby. The Pro Football Hall of Fame and Blossom Music Center are also a short drive away. Guest access A unique door code will be provided prior to arrival for easy self check-in. You’ll have full private access to both sides of the duplex and the entire property. Other things to note - This home is on well water. - Do not drive or park on the grass due to a septic system. A $500 fee will apply if violated. Please Note: A new septic system was recently installed at the property to improve the home’s infrastructure. As a result, a portion of the front yard has been regraded and is awaiting new grass. Until the lawn is re-established (approximately sometime in late August/September 2026), you may notice bare soil in part of the front yard. This is cosmetic only and does not affect access to the home or any of the amenities. Thank you for your understanding as we complete this improvement.
