The space Welcome to our lovingly renovated country house – a place where tranquility, nature, and modern comfort come together. The house combines the charming character of a traditional building with stylish, fresh furnishings and offers plenty of space for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. On this spacious property, with its large courtyard and beautifully landscaped garden, you will find the ideal conditions to escape from it all and enjoy the surroundings to the fullest. The apartment is excellently connected and only about 10 minutes from the A29. The house can accommodate up to five guests and features three comfortable beds. The bedrooms are bright, quiet and cozily furnished, some with views of the countryside – perfect for restful nights. Warm materials, natural colors, and thoughtful details create a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire house. The modern bathroom has been freshly renovated and is equipped with a spacious, walk-in shower. In addition, a separate toilet is available, which makes your stay particularly comfortable, especially for multiple guests. The living area invites you to relax with a cozy sofa and an armchair – ideal for evenings together, conversations, or simply to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for preparing meals. These include a filter coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and a separate chest freezer – perfect for longer stays and shared cooking evenings. A special highlight is the outdoor area: Behind the house, you will find a very large, lovingly landscaped garden with plenty of space to relax, play, or sunbathe. This cozy garden house with a small terrace offers a wonderful retreat—whether for your morning coffee, a good book, or a relaxing evening. Garden furniture and a barbecue area are also available, inviting you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Everything shown in the pictures can be used. In front of the house is a spacious courtyard with plenty of parking options, as well as a garage. For active guests, there are four standard 28" bicycles available, and there is also a charging station for e-bikes—ideal for flexibly exploring the surrounding area and nearby attractions. For example, a short tour (40 minutes) will take you to the sea, the harbor, or the famous rhubarb cake at the Kurhaus in Dangast. A utility room with a washing machine and a clothesline also provide added convenience for longer stays. Linens and towels are of course provided. The location is also ideal for enjoying both tranquility and excursions: Lake Conneforde can be reached in just about 8 minutes by car. The North Sea and the popular coastal town of Dangast, with its unique charm, are only about 18 minutes away. Shopping facilities such as Edeka can be reached in about 5 minutes, and other stores, a bakery, and a Netto supermarket can be reached in about 12 minutes. There is a gas station about 7 minutes away. You can reach the nearest small town, Varel, in about 15 minutes, while the larger city of Oldenburg, with its many restaurants, shops and cultural offerings, is only about 30 minutes away. This country house is the perfect place for anyone seeking tranquility, nature, and a stylish temporary home – whether for a short getaway, an extended weekend, or a longer stay. Guest access All areas of the property can be used, with the exception of the upper floor. Flexible self check-in with secured key box.
