Vehicles that exceed this length may obstruct the shared driveway entrance and neighboring garage, and therefore cannot be accommodated. No street parking is permitted, and guests should not rely on community guest parking as availability cannot be guaranteed. The HOA does not allow overnight parking for full-size trucks, heavy-duty pickups, extended-length SUVs, or large vans. Security Cameras: For the safety of our guests and the property, we've also installed exterior security cameras. They monitor only the outside areas of the home, including the driveway and entry points. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces. Guest access Because this home is located in a private gated community, guests will be required to complete a short registration process prior to arrival, including providing names, contact details, and vehicle information for all occupants. This is required for access and security, and is due at least 14 days before check-in.
