Our Aggieland retreat is minutes from Texas A&M and has been renovated for your enjoyment. Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park or Reed Arena. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new energy efficient windows throughout, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher. The space This two bedroom house has one queen bed, two twins and a fold out couch for additional guests. A fully stocked coffee bar is also provided. The new outdoor space is amazing since we added in a covered back porch accessible via new french doors. Your morning coffee will be heavenly taken on the back porch! Guest access You have access to the whole house and back yard. Other things to note Other things to note: 1. Please tell us a bit about yourself along with the general purpose of your stay so we can prepare for your arrival. 2. Parking is limited two spaces in the driveway and one on street parking please. No parking on the grass. 3. We don’t allow parties, pets or smoking inside or outside our home. Please respect this. 4. An ETA is always appreciated so we can make sure the house is cooled for you (College Station can be hot and muggy!) 5. If you need to use the sofa bed, please let us know when you book so we can provide the protector (required to use), sheets and pillows. 6. We are kid friendly, but please note that the house is not “child proofed.” There aren’t wall outlet child protectors or cabinet locks. 7.
