Independent studio with toilet, shower, kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker [Tassimo], stove, mini fridge, pots, plates...), table, sofa bed [Update of 10/17/2021: a new Confort Bultex sofa bed has been installed following numerous comments and new stovetops have been installed [Update of 02/10/2022]. You don't have any access to the main house and can therefore keep your privacy. Closed courtyard. The space UPDATE on 07/01/2023: Following a fire incident (file under investigation) you will unfortunately have a view of a burnt car and a bare slab: this does not change the access to the studio but only the view (see photo) PLEASE NOTE: from 08/19 to 08/23, check-ins will ONLY be done independently [Sheets, duvet, pillows, bath towels are not provided, possibility to provide them with a €5 supplement: to be specified when booking] The studio is independent. You have no access to the main house, which allows you to maintain your privacy. Only the yard is shared between you and us or any tenants of the house below. Garden side view. Preferential rate for one week stays or longer. The studio is about 11 m2 (with toilet, shower room and kitchenette included). It is located above our home which we also rent from time to time so you will likely have "neighbors". The studio is independent, however the courtyard will be shared with either ourselves or the tenants of the house Guest access Guests can park their car in the closed courtyard. A rental car is at your disposal if you wish, on simple request from a well-known site. Access to Mont Saint Michel is offered with the rental of this car. You can very well arrive late at night, I don't mind. I am present at key handover to show you the studio. This accommodation does not have shutters but opaque curtains, so the sun may peek into the room at sunrise. Since this rental is not my profession and I have a job on the side, I would ask you to give me an approximate time slot of your arrival (about 2 hours) so that I can arrange to be present when you arrive. This time slot can also be given on the same day of your arrival as soon as you know a little more.
