Ashen Cottage is located on a working farm on the Monarch's Way within 6 miles of Stratford-upon-Avon and 8 miles from Warwick Castle. The cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6. It can also be rented in conjunction with the adjoining cottage, Knowle Cottage. The space The cottage has 3 bedrooms (one with kingsize bed, one twin-bedded room and a bunk-bedded room). There are two bathrooms (one upstairs and a downstairs shower room). The large open plan kitchen and sitting room open on to a terraced garden area via bi-fold doors with seating and a table for outdoor dining. The property has a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden is fenced and secure for dogs. Guest access The whole property is available and there are numerous walks starting at the property via public footpaths across the farm and beyond. Other things to note The property has lawn beyond the paved terrace seating area. Following the renovation of the cottage this has recently been sown with grass seed and there are currently some bare brown areas.
