Homely room in family house, close to the nature

Small homely room in a family house attic (2nd floor) equipped with double bed and kitchenette. Suitable for business travel as well as vacation. The room is situated right next to the bathroom with a roof window to the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, electric griddle, microwave and basic dishes. Guests are welcome to use shared terrace, backyard with grill and garden. If you plan going downtown by public transport, you should be comfortable with 30 - 40min travelling. The space Quiet district on the northern border of Brno city yet easily reachable from downtown (30min by public transport, 15min by car). Surrounded by nature, it is the ideal base for various sports and leisure activities. The nearest shop is 1km away, the restaurant and sweet-shop are in the district. The public transfer stop is 100m. There are many leisure occasions in the surroundings - the Brno Zoo, Brno Dam (playgrounds, culture, Veveří castle, ferry trips, fireworks, ...), Maximus Resort Wellness, Casino Atlantis. The famous Moravian Karst caves are only 30min by car. Guest access The access (hallway and stairs) to the room is shared with family, as well we occasionally use the bathroom. Guests are welcome to the terrace next to the attic, as well as backyard with grill and garden. We will be happy to park guests' motorbike or bicycle in a garage. During your stay Most of the time somebody from family is home or nearby. We will be happy to recommend you some pubs or places to see in the surroundings. If you wish you can join us for coffee or we can try to play some music together. Other things to note Our family including 3 small kids live in the same flat. We also have one indoor/outdoor cat, healthy and vaccinated properly, usually doesn't enter guests' room, but still, there are some allergens in the air.
