Small cozy room in the attic of a family house (2nd floor) equipped with a double bed and kitchenette. Suitable for business trips and holidays. The room is right next to the bathroom. The roof window faces the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and basic utensils. Guests can also use the shared terrace, courtyard with barbecue and garden behind the house. If you plan to commute to the center by public transport and 30 - 40 minutes is not a comfortable time for you, this accommodation is not for you. The space Quiet district on the northern border of Brno city yet easily reachable from downtown (30min by public transport, 15min by car). Surrounded by nature, it is the ideal base for various sports and leisure activities. The nearest shop is 1km away, the restaurant and sweet-shop are in the district. The public transfer stop is 100m. There are many leisure occasions in the surroundings - the Brno Zoo, Brno Dam (playgrounds, culture, Veveří castle, ferry trips, fireworks, ...), Maximus Resort Wellness, Casino Atlantis. The famous Moravian Karst caves are only 30min by car. Guest access Access to the room is through a shared hallway and staircase, and the family also occasionally uses a shared bathroom. Guests can enjoy the terrace right next to the attic, as well as the courtyard with a grill and a garden. We are happy to allow guests to park their bike or motorcycle in the garage. During your stay Most of the time, someone in the family is at home or nearby. We will be happy to recommend restaurants or places worth seeing. If you wish, you can have coffee with us. Other things to note Our family with three small children lives in the same apartment. There is one cat in the house and its surroundings, castrated, healthy and properly vaccinated, it usually does not enter the guest room, but it is still necessary to take into account the occurrence of allergens.
