The Lupin Cabin

The Lupin is a clean and cozy gem surrounded by wilderness in remote, beautiful Tagish, with gorgeous Tagish Lake across the road. Whether you are looking to relax with a cup of coffee, take in the morning sun on the deck or snuggle next to the warm fireplace with a good book, our inviting cabin has it all. Fishing, cross country skiing or a short drive to Carcross for the best mountain biking, The Lupin Cabin is for you. We love sharing our familie's special piece of paradise with others. The space Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, dish soap, tea towels and dish cloths. There is a stove, fridge, microwave and coffee machine (the oven does not work, please do not try it). To add to the charm of the Lupin, there is no running water, though we supply 2 blue jugs of fresh drinking water. These jugs can be refilled for free, by the guest, at the water station about 4 kms from the cabin. ***Please dump dish water in the outhouse, NOT down the drain*** Bedroom 1 There is a very comfortable queen bed made up with cozy linen, in the main bedroom. There is also a dresser and coat hangers. Bedroom 2 (the loft) Two single beds are in the loft, equipped with crsip linen. The spacious loft is accessible by ladder. You will also find a dresser in the loft. Lounge The lounge has a comfortable couch, two oversized chairs around the wood stove, a Bluetooth CD player, a dinning room table with 4 chairs and games for the whole family to enjoy. Toilet The clean, quaint and quirky outhouse is around the back of the cabin, with a lit path leading the way through the trees. Guest access Please note that the beds in the loft will only be made up if it is indicated that more than 2 people are staying. Other things to note Please note that there is no running water at the property. 2 blue jugs of fresh drinking water are provided.
