You are welcome to come here and feel at home right away... in the quiet southern part of the island of Rügen, on the edge of the peaceful village of Groß Schoritz. A cosy, family-friendly, approx. 85 sqm holiday flat awaits you, offering enough space for up to 5 people plus infant. Here you will find peace and recreation and an ideal starting point for the exploration of the entire island. The space Freedom and privacy Feeling at home while on holiday... in a bright, cosy 3.5 room flat with its own fully enclosed garden, which invites you to relax, share happy moments with your loved ones and spend time in its large seating area and enjoy a delicious barbecue. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a wide wooden staircase. A safety gate is attached to the upper base of the staircase for the safety of your kids. Our family room is a large bedroom for 3 people plus infant. It is divided by a large wardrobe into a parents' area with a king-size double bed and a separate children's area with a single bed and a cot. The 2nd bedroom offers space for 2 more people thanks to its equally large double bed (king-size). In addition, the apartment offers a large living room with a comfortable leather couch and armchair, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a nice daylight bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washing machine. Guest access You are renting the entire accommodation... so the holiday flat is all yours. It has a separate entrance, a large entrance area, the two bedrooms described, a large living room, a super-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. It also has its own parking space for up to 2 cars, including a wallbox, and its own fully fenced garden. Other things to note Recharge your batteries You're not the only one who can recharge batteries while staying with us... your electrical car or plug-in hybrid is also very welcome here. At our type-2 wallbox (11 kw) you can recharge your cars batteries for only 50,- € per car and week (payable on site). The charging station is located directly at the guest parking lot and is available 24/7. As enthusiastic electric car drivers, we know how important it is to have easy access to a power supply while on holiday.
