This two-level apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Located in a characteristic old restored building in the heart of Ortigia, from the second floor terrace you can enjoy the Temple of Apollo view. The property is located inside Ortigia Restricted Traffic Area, an ideal position to visit the city on foot, immersing yourself in the characteristic Ronchi and alleys atmosphere of Ortigia. ***Airport taxi service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** The space The inside is organized as follows: FIRST FLOOR: - BEDROOM 1: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with drawers, chair. - BEDROOM 2: two single beds (can be set up as a double bed), split A/C, wardrobe, open wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with drawers, chair. - BATHROOM 1: interior bedroom 2 with shower, shower and toilet. - BATHROOM 2: shower, bidet, wc. SECOND FLOOR: - KITCHEN: 4-burner stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, moka, dining table, split A/C. -Access to the terrace overlooking the Temple of Apollo. - TERRACE: equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, parasol, sink FURTHER SERVICES: air conditioning, unlimited wifi, independent heating, TV, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. Sofa bed in living area. PLEASE NOTE: If you are traveling with small children please pay attention to the internal stairs. Availability, upon request, of a cot and high chair for children. Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are happy to organize early check-in when there are no other guests leaving the apartment on that same day; however, it will not be possible to arrange late check-out. If you need assistance for luggage storage, we can recommend you an affiliated structure. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
