The interior is bright and welcoming thanks to the many windows. Whether you're on the sofa, in the kitchen, or dining – there's always a view of the picturesque landscape. With a glass of wine or a good book, it's easy to relax in numerous spots both inside and outside the apartment. ● Living Room The living room is very spacious and flows seamlessly into the dining area. Even on rainy days, the atmosphere remains cozy with plenty of space for all guests. A large dining table blends in naturally with the living area and offers ample space for 6 people. The living room is equipped with a cozy and comfortable couch, Apple TV or Chromecast, and a selection of books. The Wi-Fi router is also located in the living room and provides strong Wi-Fi coverage throughout the apartment and a large part of the garden. A patio door allows direct access from the living room to the private terrace and garden. ● Bedroom (1) The bedroom is large, quietly located, and features a soft and comfortable bed (180x200 cm). A tall wardrobe for hanging clothes and a dresser provide ample storage space. ● Bedroom (2) The second bedroom has a bunk bed, allowing one person to sleep on the lower level and one on the upper. A wardrobe is also available for storing clothes. ● Kitchen The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area and offers everything needed for cooking. In addition to a refrigerator and freezer, it includes a dishwasher (60 cm wide), oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Numerous kitchen utensils make relaxed cooking easy. ● Bathroom The bathroom is very spacious and includes a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine that can be used free of charge. ● Garden The 3,000 m² garden invites all kinds of adventures. In summer, it remains pleasantly sunny well into the evening. Plenty of shaded areas are provided by bamboo bushes, trees, and umbrellas. In the center, there’s a barbecue area with several grills (charcoal and gas), as well as multiple tables.
