Guest access Guests have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor facilities, including the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, seasonal watercraft, and waterfront areas. Self-check-in is available via a smart lock. Other things to note To ensure everyone’s comfort and help preserve the property, a few house rules must be respected: • Pets are not allowed. • Guests must respect the unit’s maximum occupancy and the peace of the neighborhood. • Guests must also follow the instructions provided before arrival regarding access to the chalet, use of the amenities, and proper disposal of waste in the designated bins. • Please note that the water on site is not potable, so bottled water is recommended for drinking. • Outdoor security cameras are installed on the property, including at the entrance, parking area, and lakeside yard, to help ensure the safety of the premises without compromising your privacy inside the chalet. ⚠️ Maximum Occupancy Maximum occupancy: 2 guests, including adults, children, and infants. This limit is mandated by our CITQ permit and municipal regulations. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited, even temporarily or for visitors who are not staying overnight.
