Marci's Home is a modern and welcoming apartment, just renovated, a few steps from Trastevere Station. An ideal place to spend your holidays in Rome. A 70 square meter suite, quiet, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The house consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a complete kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building in the Marconi district. It is a very comfortable apartment, furnished with care and attention and consists of a bright living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a 50" Smart TV and air conditioning; a kitchenette complete with a modern induction hob, fridge , oven and microwave, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishes, pots and everything you need to cook at home; a bathroom with shower, including the hairdryer that you often forget when traveling; a bed equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe with six doors, a 32" TV, a chest of drawers, an armchair and a glass desk with stool. The balcony of the living room overlooks the Aventino (one of the seven hills of Rome), being able to also see the Altare della Patria. Internet access via WiFi is free and unlimited. The house can comfortably accommodate six people, two in the master bedroom, two in the small bedroom and two more in the comfortable sofa that converts into a comfortable bed for two. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, a central heating system and an autonomous hot water production system.
