Guest access The house will be fully available to the tenant and he/she will be able to make use of the common areas of the development, such as the pool, as long as he/she respects the community rules. Other things to note The guest will have bedding and towels to use in the apartment. If you need other bedding, both for the sofa or extra for the bed, a supplement of €20 will be charged for each one. On the other hand, the bathroom will include shampoo, hair cream, shower gel and a toiletries box in the bathroom.
