Relax, enjoy the peaceful Tahoe experience, and feel free to share any feedback so we can continue improving the stay for future guests. ⚠️ **Mountain Cabin & Safety Notice** This is a multi-level mountain home with stairs, decks, and outdoor amenities. Please supervise children and pets carefully at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, the hot tub, sauna, and outdoor areas. ⚠️ **Hot Tub Safety** The property includes a hot tub and sauna which may present safety risks. Guests use these amenities at their own risk. Children must always be supervised by an adult around water and heated areas. By booking this property, guests acknowledge responsibility for safe use of all amenities. ⚠️ **Winter Driving Conditions** During winter months, the cabin may experience snow and icy road conditions due to its mountain location at 7,200 ft elevation. AWD/4WD vehicles and chains may be required during storms or heavy snowfall. 💲 **Additional Guest Fee** The standard nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. Additional guests beyond 6 are charged $25 per guest, per night. 🐾 **Pet Policy** We allow one small to medium-sized, house-trained dog or cat with a $75 pet fee. Please keep pets off beds and furniture, clean up after them, and do not leave pets unattended inside the home. 🧹 **Cleaning & Property Care** We professionally document the condition of the property with photos before and after each stay to help keep things smooth for everyone. Normal cleaning is included, but if the home is left significantly dirtier than standard use, excessive cleaning fees may be charged. ♨️ **Hot Tub** The hot tub is pre-set to a comfortable temperature, but guests may adjust it up to 104°F if desired.
