Please note the apartment is located on the 4th floor. In the event of a power outage, the lift may be temporarily unavailable; however, the apartment has power backup for essential in-home electricity. As the area continues to develop, the adjacent building is currently under construction. Disturbance is generally minimal, though occasional daytime noise may be heard at times.
