The room is ideal for long stayers . It is located at the far end of the first floor , making the space quiet and secluded The room extends out to a private balcony with a washroom at the end. An outdoor wash basin completes the look. It is fully equipped with a writing table & cabinet .The private outdoor cum balcony area is an added bonus for evening coffees or fresh air . The space The bedroom has 2 super single o beds , hotel standard sheets and laptop table . The private bathroom/toilet is externally situated along its private balcony . This room is cheery and bright , with glass sliding door. Since being listed , it has been privately rented out so there are no reviews but do give it a go . Guest access My home is huge and definitely low density having only 7 listed rooms . There's a dining room that guests can go to for breakfast or coffee & tea . The large main hall has a tv and remote at your disposal . On the ground floor outside are 2 gardens , front and side with shady trees , green shrubs and even a vintage swing . It is an excellent choice if you need a cosy & homey stay. There is ample parking space inside the house or free street side parking . Its a self service and self check in home , ideal for a post covid19 social distancing practices . During your stay I give my guests space but am available when needed When I am in , i like to greet all my guests and share my tips on where to eat and where to go with them . There is always a welcome message in their rooms from me to help you navigate my house and to share my preferred dining haunts in the neighbourhood . To help optimise my guests ' stay , i have also personally created a 2 day itinerary for them .
