The space Sunny Shores Retreat has unbelievable waterfront views, a private pool, and your own dock on the Rappahannock River! The main house is designed for entertaining with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, two oversized decks, and beautiful water views throughout. An elevator provides easy access between levels, along with a workout room and dedicated office space. The large kitchen and dining area make it ideal for shared meals, celebrations, and time together. The cottage offers easy one-level living and is perfect for additional guests. Enjoy a fun-filled game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and darts, plus a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and screened porch that leads directly to the pool. Step outside to experience everything this waterfront property has to offer. Relax by the private pool (opens May 1st — pool photos coming soon!), walk down to the dock for kayaking and fishing, or explore the small beach area that appears at low tide.
