House with pool 10 km from Aranda. WIFI and A.C.

El Molino is a space where you can breathe tranquility in an incredible environment, located in the Villa de Gumiel de Izan, declared a Historic Artistic Complex, 10 minutes from Aranda. It has 3 bedrooms with the possibility of extra beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Parking, 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi, indoor pool in season, fireplace, foosball, trampoline and 3000 m2 of relaxation. Base price, 4 guests, rest €25 per person per night. Pets €10/day max. €50 per pet. The space The accommodation consists of two floors, on the first a large kitchen attached to the living room with a fireplace and a full bathroom, in the living room we have a 1.40m sofa bed. On the second floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. One of the bedrooms is very spacious with a 1.80m by 2 bed and the possibility of adding an extra 90cm bed and/or crib. There is a balcony overlooking the pool and patio, another bedroom with a 1.50m by 2m double bed, and another bedroom with two 90cm by 2m beds. Also, in an annex to the house, we have a very spacious bedroom with a 1.50m double bed. In total, we have 4 bedrooms plus the sofa bed in the living room. We are 200 meters from the emblematic Portia winery designed by Norman Foster, very close to some of the most beautiful villages in Spain such as Covarrubias, Silos, Lerma, Peñaranda and a starting point for hiking through the Rio Lobos canyon, the Black Lagoon, canoeing through the gorges of the Duratón River, or burning adrenaline in the Kotarr speed circuit in Tubilla del Lago, just 10 minutes from Gumiel. Ideal location for visiting wineries, hiking, and the Route of the Mills of the Trails Network. Guest access The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor we have a kitchen attached to the living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed and a full bathroom. On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms with large beds, two of which can be converted into triple beds, and a bathroom with a hydromassage tub. The common areas are for your private use for whatever you need, cooking, enjoying the fireplace, sunbathing, etc. Other things to note Pool, the pool season is from May to October, however for the months of May and October, check availability, as we depend on the weather, (the pool is covered, but not heated). Also in season you can enjoy products from the garden. And to round out the recreational activities, all year round, you can jump on the trampoline, play foosball, archery, darts, soccer or basketball. Also, if you have a pet, for a small additional cost, it can accompany you so that you can enjoy together (€10 per pet per day with a maximum of €50). We only ask that the pet is well trained so that it does not damage the house and furniture. Also, as it is a large property with green areas, an orchard, swimming pool, etc., for long stays, some work will be carried out to check the pool and maintain the orchard and green areas, always with the utmost respect and agreed with you.
