The space The Gerats 200 apartment (located in the Les Terrasses D'Eos residence) for 6 people, with ski-in/ski-out access, will delight your family for an exceptional vacation in the magical setting of the Flaine mountains High standing and very comfortable, it is located in a recent residence and with very appreciable amenities (swimming pool, gym, etc.). It consists of a spacious and very bright living area with an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee, raclette and fondue machine, etc.) open to the living room to spend friendly moments. The living room, with its sofa and armchairs and TV screen, welcomes you with pleasure for your moments of relaxation. Also the sofa bed offers you an extra night space. The first large bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and toilet) is equipped with a double bed, TV and storage spaces. The second bedroom has two single beds and also storage spaces. You also have a cot available and we can offer a highchair on request. Linens (sheets, towels) are included in the rental. You will find a separate shower room and separate toilet. Wi-Fi included (3 devices) and end-of-stay cleaning included. You have a large terrace not overlooked fully exposed with a panoramic view of the massif. Pets not allowed. No smoking. The apartment has a parking space in the underground car park and a ski locker. The pool and fitness room facilities are accessible only in high season (Summer: July and August; Winter: From December to March). For the summer of 2022, we offer you the "Pass Flaine Summer" to access a multitude of sports and cultural activities for an unforgettable vacation (list of activities available on request).
