Located one block from the water and steps away from great restaurants and nightlife, this 4BR/3.5 coastal beach house boasts a private plunge pool, a gourmet kitchen, and one of the only Tesla car chargers on the island. The space 🌞Private Cocktail Pool (9' X13') It can be heated November through February for $50/day. Must stay on for the duration of your stay 🌞 Walk to the beach 🌞 Golf cart zone 🌞 Tesla Charger: one of the very few on the island 🌞Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker: We provide pods & coffee 🌞Fully stocked kitchen 🌞Park style BBQ Grill 🌞Smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms 🌞Upstairs: Two King Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, open concept living, dining & kitchen area with half bathroom 🌞First Floor: Bunk Room with 4 Twin Beds, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, shared hallway bathroom You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad. Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time. We require that the guest booking the house signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does). We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap. Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We also provide a few beach/pool towels but please also bring some of your own. We have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry. Parking: There is parking for three cars under the house and one to the right of the house on the gravel. There is an additional parking area on 12th street if you have additional vehicles. The HOA does not allow parking on the shared driveway. Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance and under the house where cars are parked. It is for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub. Trash: Please take trash to the toters to the right of the home. Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
