Delight in breathtaking lake views from most rooms and enjoy the convenience of a double-oven in the kitchen for preparing family feasts. Spend your days on the private beach, exploring the lake with 4 kayaks and a paddleboard. Unwind in the evenings with cocktails on the expansive deck or private large dock on your private island as the sun sets. End your nights around the campfire or soaking in the hot tub, serenaded by the soothing calls of the loons. Create lasting family memories at this slice of heaven on Little Sebago Lake! Things to Know This is two separate homes on the same property (3-Bedroom House & Guest Cottage.) The living room is a 'Bunk Area” with bunk beds (Queen on the bottom, Twin on top). Guest access You'll enter through the front door using the lockbox code provided in your confirmation. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. The housekeeping and local team prepare the home between 10am and 4pm, so these times help us keep everything ready for you. If an early check-in or late checkout is available for your dates, you'll receive an email or text offering it - feel free to ask about availability. Other things to note The home comes stocked with complimentary start-up amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, and hand soap. Backup linens and towels are available in the unit. A note about Maine summers: mosquitos, black flies, ticks, and other insects are a natural part of the coastal environment. The property is treated monthly, but they're inherent to the region. Bring bug spray for outdoor activities - it really helps.
