Welcome to Aghios Ioannis home! καλως ηρθτε The house was built in 2011 and the "villa Fourni" was renovated in 2019.It is located on the south side of the island, only 50 meters from the sea.It is a private oasis on the most green side , ideal for getaway on a Greek island . The space This home is unique because of its location. Built in an elegant Greek traditional style,it stays cool inside in the summer and warm in the winter. The main house features a master bedroom with a double queen bed.An extra folding bed can be available. There is also a single bed and a 2- sitted couch in the living room.Two extra folding beds can be added if needed. The Kitchen is fully equipped. The yard has a beautiful view and is ideal for relaxing. You are located on the north side of Fourni, only 10 minutes from the town(7 km from the port). There are no markets or restaurants in the village. Just behind the house there is a small church and a path that leads to another beautiful beach named Kasidi. Just down from the house(50 m) there is a small beach with small pebbles out and sand inside.You can also go for swimming to a bigger beach ,through a path of 200 m (sandy beach) The large outdoor spaces are also very special. The total area of the home and outdoor spaces is 450 sq.meters. Please note:the house has air conditioning system(cold-heat). There is also a barbecue and a wood oven if you want to cook in it. Guest access Our home is located in Aghios Ioannis where there is direct road access.If you don't have your own car or motorbike,you could rent in very good prices or local taxi. The road stops at a parking and there is a small road and some stairs.The house located between these stairs and the beach. The whole home will be yours to enjoy your vacations. The main house ,host room all have separate individual keys. The yard is also fenced and gated. There is also a dock 50 m from the house. Other things to note There is wi-fi on the property.
