Guest access The entire villa (2,400 sq. ft. – 3 floors) and 1.5 acres of fenced, terraced olive grove and vineyard are available for the exclusive use of our guests, along with the award-winning saltwater pool. There is private gated on-site parking for four cars. The well-maintained public road leading to the villa has some steep single-lane sections with bends. The road ends with a turning area 100 metres past the villa, so there is no through traffic – a beautifully peaceful corner of the world. For those who prefer not to drive, take a pre-booked taxi from Barga Gallicano station to the villa, with direct trains from Pisa via Lucca. There is an airport train shuttle to Pisa station. Other things to note The villa is child-friendly, featuring safety gates on the stairs, highchairs, cribs, and travel cots available, as well as toys and teddy bears for children. Babysitting services can be arranged upon request. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please let us know the breed, age and size in advance. As this is our family’s holiday home, we aim to host guests who wish to enjoy the villa for relaxed, domestic recreation. Commercial use, undeclared retreats, parties, binge drinking, and moving furniture are not permitted. To ensure our guests' safety, you must read and adhere to our swimming pool and villa safety regulations. Guests are encouraged to take appropriate measures to prevent dehydration, sunburn, and insect bites. The villa bedroom windows have insect nets. Please separate waste and place it into the marked containers as required by local recycling regulations to avoid resorting costs.
