We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation villa with a lot of attention to detail and many possibilities. In addition, each apartment has a separate spot in the approx. 1,000 square meter garden with numerous fruit trees to relax with appropriate seating and lounging options. The fruit (cherries, blackberries, plums and apples) is available for consumption during your stay. The space The bedroom is equipped with a wooden or parquet floor, a box spring bed (1.80 m wide and 2 m long, covered, 2 boxes with Bonnell springs, pocket spring mattress, border in hardness 3) with side tables and lamps, large wardrobe and smaller cabinet for small storage. The dining/living room has a dining area for four people, various seating furniture and a TV. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Towels will of course be provided. When booking more than five days, we offer a towel change as well as an intermediate cleaning of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. The inventory includes: fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water heater, stove with oven and ceramic hob, a table and two chairs and sufficient dishes. When booking more than five days, we offer a towel change and an intermediate cleaning of the apartment. On request, we can prepare a very special barbecue evening for you. Of course, the bed linen will be provided by us during your stay. A washing machine is available in our house for "emergencies." A small in-house library can be used by you. If you arrive by Deutsche Bahn, we will be happy to pick you up and, of course, bring you back to the train when you leave. For the duration of your stay, we will organize a rental car for you if you wish.
