Elegant Villa Near University of Oregon and Matthew Knight Arena

This lovely home, built in 1926 and extensively updated, sits overlooking the University of Oregon. Fairmount Blvd.,one of the most prestigious streets in Eugene, is a short walk from the University and the Matthew Knight Arena. (Great for events including the U of O woman's and men's basketball!) The fully equipped kitchen had granite counters, two drop-in gas cooktops, two refrigerators, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a lovely antique dining table that seats twelve. The balcony/covered deck with gas barbecue and outside dining table has a magnificent view that makes it a perfect place to cook and entertain friends. All rooms are fully furnished with king, queen or standard double beds. Linens, towels, paper products and all household items provided. The owner's have a separate space below the house used as their office and storage for supplies for the house. We are delighted to welcome family gatherings at our home.
