Eight 8km from Lonavla.  Holiday House has a shared open swimming pool, living rooms, restaurant (veg & Non-Veg) garden, BBQ, terrace, full kitchen, refrigerator, lounge, free WiFi, private parking, private bathrooms, all air conditioned bedrooms with Television, pool table. Ekvira Aai Mandir, Wet-N-Joy water park, Kinara restaurant, Wax Museum & Karla Caves are close by. The space The property has 12 spacious bedrooms across two floors in two bungalows side by side. The place is great for groups of families and groups of friends. 
4 (four) bedrooms have 2 double beds each and can take 2 extra people, 
4 (four) bedrooms have one double bed each and can take 2 extra people, 
4 (four) bedrooms has 1 double bed each and can take one extra adult. 
Totally all 12 bedrooms can accommodate 52 adults. 
It has a common shared swimming pool, living room, garden, terrace, Table tennis, billiard & game room and shared kitchen. Balconies are available with all rooms. Great to walk around- wide concrete roads around the property. - Well maintained- the caretaker does a brilliant job of maintaining the property well. Interiors are charming- a blend of modern and traditional artifacts are placed around the house. You can request for a babeque set up and its the best experience ever. Living room has excellent views of lush greenery around, you sneak a peek at the mountains with the clouds, the sliding French windows/Doors helps to get clear views. Ample parking available for minimum 6 cars and more. Well Maintained lawns. Appliances like a Refrigerator, microwave, gas range available for self cooking. Perfect weekend getaway. From 10 PM to 7AM quiet hours. We do not take security deposits. We expect our guests to treat our property as their own home. We take utmost care to give 5* service. Do not share the WiFi password with outsiders. All sharing places and amenities are on a first come first basis. We serve local Indian Maharashtrian lunch & dinner, veg, non-veg and Jain food. We do not serve halal food. UNMARRIED COUPLES ARE NOT ALLOWED PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.  CUSTOMERS WITH PETS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK-IN. This is not a hotel, here we give homely service. So do not compare. We take utmost care to give 5* service.
All sharing places and amenities on first comet come first basis. Swimming pool rules: 1. Swimming pool timings must be strictly followed 2. All children below 12 years must be accompanied by adults 3. Proper swimming costume is necessary to the pool 4. Any type of bottles, glasses, drinks, alcohol or shoes are not allowed in the pool. 5. All people must take a shower before entering the pool. 6. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any person at anytime 7. Management shall not be responsible for any damages, loss of items or injury or death of person. 8. Pushing, running or any horseplay is not allowed. 9. Diving or jumping in the pool is not allowed.
