Family friendly garden view rooms in lovely villa

Two bedroom apartment for rent in a beautiful villa in a peaceful neighbourhood. Large, lush garden. Close to local transport (bybanen runs every 5 minutes), as well as the homes of world famous composers Edvard Grieg and Harald Sæverud. The rooms are light and charming with a garden view. A lovely bathroom with bathtub and shower across the corridor. Stylish and basic cooking area in a tasteful compact living room. Perfect for a family. The space We have a studio apartment with two light bedrooms, a small living area including a tiny kitchen corner, with a spacious and comfortable bathroom attached, for rent. Both bedrooms have double beds, Room 1 with a 120 cm bed and Room 2 with a 140 cm bed. The place takes 4 guests and is suitable for a family or a group of friends. An extra bed can be put into room 1 if you wish. A children's cot, highchair and baby changing table are also available upon request. Charging of electric cars can be facilitated*(extra fee) The small apartment has a separate entrance to the rest of the house and is exclusively at the guests' disposal. Please note that we do not serve breakfast, but there is a tiny studio cooking area with a water boiler, hob/hotplate, microwave-oven and a small fridge to facilitate simple cooking and delicious meals. A Nespresso coffee machine is available and plenty of complimentary tea. Guest access There is a small playground open for all right across from our house. We also have a huge trampoline in our garden which you are welcome to use, grown-ups included. There is also a swing in the garden for children, capacity max 70 kg.
