The house is situated on the peaceful peninsula of Pollonia and people have a relaxed stay here. For me its a dream come true and I live here part time since 2012. There is plenty to explore with a beach, lots of Restaurants and a cute harbor right in Pollonia. It is a great starting point to venture and explore the island, as well as just having a relaxing and restful vacation. The house, sea and sunshine await you. The space You will find all comforts of a private home in its typical white washed style of the Cycladic islands. The fully equipped kitchen serves 6-8 people. AC is available in every room and we have Wifi. Two rooms are situated in the basement and one opens up to the ground floor. We have 2 large patios, a beautiful garden and a parking space. Since I also live here part of the year the house is decorated with care and it has a homey and loving character. Guest access You can access the beach within 2 minutes walk on the north shore, and 3 minutes walk on the south shore of this half island. Walking to town leisurely takes about 10 minutes. Here you find the traditional fisher village with plenty of restaurants and bars right at the seaside. The small harbor and the little church in town offer a lovely view. Other things to note LOCAL GREEK LAWS Due to local laws we are required to collect the name and ID / Passport number from one of our guests. This means that we are registered as Airbnb rental property and file our taxes in Greece. We hope that you understand this requirement. Please let us know if this raises any concerns. Please do not throw any Toilette paper into the WC. This is a request for the entire island. At the archway of the house you will find a little outdoor shower. Please wash off all sand from your feet and shake out the towels and shoes before entering the house. If possible please water my beautiful garden in the evening. The water hose is connected.
