Spread over three levels, the villa offers a large garden with lawn, trees, outdoor furniture, barbecue, small kitchen and shower. The ground floor has a spacious and comfortable living area illuminated by large windows with electric shutters and equipped with refined contemporary style furnishings: living area with sofa, flat screen TV and modern slate fireplace and dining area with large table. A small corridor on the ground floor leads to the service bathroom, the laundry room and the kitchen. The large, modern kitchen with direct access to the garden is equipped with a 6-seater dining table, island, dishwasher, electric oven and all necessary utensils. From the living room a flight of slate stairs, natural stone, leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, television and balcony. The other two bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, wooden wardrobes and a large balcony.
