The Galleria Urban Oasis is a spectacular home with a heated pool & hot tub. Its location in a residential neighborhood and within a mile or two of the renowned Galleria shopping district, restaurants, and beautiful parks, makes it the perfect gathering place for family vacations or a reunion of friends. The home was designed to enjoy the indoors and outdoors year round. I want you to feel and live like “mi casa” is "tu casa" when choosing the Galleria Urban Oasis for your Houston stay. The space **NO PARTIES or EVENTS!" The Galleria Urban oasis is my home that I am proud to share with you, your families, and friends. I bought it January of 2018 and within three months I had it fully renovated so that my children and I could enjoy priceless time together indoors and outdoors. Parents will enjoy the family oriented neighborhood, the homes location on a dead end street, plenty of outdoor space in front and a fenced in backyard. Groups of friends staying together in my home will love the patio and swimming pool area privacy provided by the 10 foot tall row of Oleanders, the 20 foot tall row of flowering Gem Magnolias trees, and the 25 foot tall rows of thick bamboo hedges. You and your guests will find that the home's location provides easy access to Houston's nightlife. The mattresses and linens will have you feeling like your sleeping in your own comfortable bed. The furniture and decor were designed to be relaxing and with a color scheme that is soothing to the eyes. Both Hobby and Bush International Airports are within 20 to 40 minutes from my home. No Outdoor Music or Loud Noises between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM The home is set up with four permanent beds, two kings and two queens . With advanced notice, an additional full-size bed and a twin size bed can be set up before arrival. The swimming pool does not have underwater lighting for night swimming. Guest access Entire House, Backyard, Pool. Driveway Parking for Four Vehicles Other things to note My home is in a residential neighborhood located in the Houston Galleria area. It is important for me to maintain good relations with my neighbors, therefore my rules are as follows: HOUSE RULES ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, or PARTIES are allowed in my airbnb. Guests who do not adhere to this rule will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit remaining nights of their stay. No refunds. Please confirm your understanding of this rule when making a reservation inquiry. Glassware is not permitted on the pool deck or in the hot tub/pool. No outdoor music should be played between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM No smoking, vaping, or use of ecigarettes in the house. You may smoke in any of the outdoor areas where you will have access to ashtrays. Any overnight guests must be preregistered or an additional $100 for each night will be automatically incurred. Be mindful of my neighbors by not holding loud conversations or disturbances in the front or backyard between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM Dogs are generally not allowed but exceptions may be made based on the size, breed, and house training of your dog. Guests will incur a nominal pet cleaning fee for each dog. Pets must be kenelled during the day when guests are not in the home.
