The loft-style space is ideally designed for a couple or a family with up to two children. The space Masia de Cancullera It is a secluded, self-sufficient farmhouse, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the tranquility of nature. We love it and think it's a great place to relax and unwind from everyday life. This is a loft-style space of about 80 m² (860 sq. ft.) that combines modern style with the traditional charm of a farmhouse. The house has been completely renovated and is designed for the comfortable use of a family of up to 4 people or a couple. The main house has a spacious dining room and, at the back, a multipurpose area with a sofa bed for two people. In the loft, there is a spacious and cozy master bedroom. When you go out into the garden, there is an attached wooden cottage with a kitchen and bathroom, perfect for enjoying the outdoors year-round. The outdoor vegetation is still growing, as the renovation is recent, although the surroundings are already very pleasant and natural. In summer, you can enjoy a fantastic wooden pool and air conditioning inside, although the latter should only be used during the day, as the self-supply system does not allow for intensive nighttime use. The outdoor area, the greenery, and the garden are especially pleasant for enjoying summer evenings in a quiet and relaxing setting. Guest access Important: Attached to the house is a small wooden house that contains the kitchen and the property's only bathroom. It is oriented toward outdoor living, with an outdoor kitchen and an integrated bathroom next to the main farmhouse. If you like nature, this is a fantastic house for outdoor living. Other things to note During the summer months (July, August, and September), we set up a portable pool with a grass area for sunbathing. Important: We are finishing the construction work; the property will be available from June 2026 onwards. Important: For July and August, the house has air conditioning, but its use is recommended during the day and when the sun is out. It cannot be used at night, as the house operates on a self-sufficient system powered by solar panels. In the event of heavy use at night, we could run out of electricity in the early hours of the following day.
