Modern apt, close to restaurants/shops on Park St

Pet-friendly, clean, modern apartment in lower level of our home. We are just 1.5 blocks from downtown Alameda (Park Street) and one mile from the beach and a shopping center. You can easily access restaurants, cafes and shopping. A great gym (Rise) is at the end of our block, and there is easy access to San Francisco via ferry, bus and BART (light rail). The apartment is ideal for 2-3 people but can sleep up to 4. The space Nicely renovated space with nice touches such as polished concrete floors with radiant heat, private pet area, designer leather sofa, well-stocked kitchen, laundry and modern bath. High tech apt! We have AppleTV, super-fast wifi, USB charging station and Nest controlled heat. Security cameras for household safety too. Guest access There is a private side yard that is concrete and flagstone, there is a front yard with grass that is shared. There are about 8 steps down to the apartment. Other things to note Pets We love our dogs and welcome your dog too. If you would like to bring a pet, please tell us a bit about your pet when you request the reservation. There is a pet fee of $10/day. Electric Vehicles We have an EV charger at the house for our own use. If you would like to use the charger, we can make arrangements for you to use it too. There are also public charging stations within walking distance: -4 stations at the parking garage by Alameda Theater -1 station further down Oak Street near the Alameda Free Library -several Tesla charging stations at Southshore Shopping Center
