Cozy & practical cabin at Skotten seter, Ringebu
Description
A real mountain cabin that is close to ski slopes, hiking trails, mountains, bathing water, Kvitfjell (30 min by car), Fron Badeland (45 min by car) and Hunderfossen (45 min by car). It is a detached cozy cottage with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway, a small bathroom and an outdoor toilet. The cabin was built in 1996 and has a road to the door all year round. It is good for couples and families (with kids). It has three bedrooms (double bed/bunk bed/bunk bed) and a travel bed available. The space Skotten seter is located in Ringebu municipality, and is one of the mountain farms in the municipalities that still has active farm life in the summer. On the neighboring farm there are dairy cows during the summer. Year-round road to the cabin, Ski slopes right outside the cabin in winter. From the farm there are ski trails into Trolløypa. Guest access When you rent our cabin, you have the entire cabin and the surrounding area at your disposal. For those of you who have a dog, there is also a large cage in the living room that is freely available. We heat up the cabin so you don't have to come to an ice cold cabin. Therefore, we want you to refill the firewood boxes and bags properly before leaving. Bed linen can be rented for NOK 100 per person. A large and a small towel can be rented for NOK 50 per person. Other things to note The cabin has no running water, but there are filled water jugs there when you arrive, and the possibility to refill them during the stay. If you want a mug of milk directly from the cow in our barn, we'll arrange that too! There is a solar power system at the cabin with the possibility to charge your phone, then you need a car charger. Adapter can be found in the cabin. It is a 5 min. walk to Skotten seter - Bed & Husky, where there is the possibility to take a shower, buy dinner etc. Cozy hosts and nice prices, highly recommended!
