Your mountain experience features: -20 minute walk to historic downtown Fairplay’s restaurants & shops alongside famous Fairplay Beach. -Nearby world class trout fishing. -Abundant lakes, reservoirs, scenic hikes & bike trails within close proximity. -Community clubhouse to include access to pool table, putting green and coin-operated washer/dryer units. -30 minute drive to Breckenridge & 40 minutes to Buena Vista. -20 minute walk to craft brewery, winery and Fairplay’s historic downtown distillery. -Amazing enclosed outdoor area for your furry family members. -Vintage, but modern, electric wood stove. -Outdoor seating area on the property among the aspens. Shared community grill available at the clubhouse (a very short walk). -Clubhouse area includes a small dog park. -King bed in master loft, twin bed in smaller loft. Not up for climbing down a ladder for middle of the night bathroom visits? Conveniently, this home features a space-saving IKEA sofa that coverts to a queen size bed. Bedding stored with the bed (see pics). -All the basic necessities for a comfortable stay, including shower, shampoo/conditioner, soap and lotion. -Did we say windows? Abundant windows makes for a beautiful space. Windows have high-end blinds for privacy & room dimming. -The average summertime high temp is in the low 70s. So, no need for an AC (the benefit of being nearly 2 miles high). -Alternate transportation available through a low cost shuttle from Fairplay to Breckenridge. This tiny space packs a big punch! Guest access Guests have access to whole house & outdoor areas. Other things to note Limit 2 pets. DOGS MUST BE LEASHED! Complaints from neighbors or the HOA about guest dogs will result in a $200 fine. We don’t charge a pet fee, so please leash your dog & pick up it’s waste. We have an outdoor playpen to keep dogs from roaming. It’s not a fence. For over zealous dogs, use one of the provide dog tie outs. Be mindful that wildlife frequent the area-especially moose (which can be dangerous to roaming dogs). Please understand that this is a tiny home with ladders. Ladders are used at your own risk. We aren’t liable for any injuries from the lofts or ladders. We have provided a main floor sofa sleeper as an alternative to the lofts/ladders. While the property has an outdoor fireplace, propane is not guaranteed. If you need it, propane is sold at the local Ace Hardware. Use of these items are only to be used safely.
